Wasn’t able to check in. Hotels.com Website didn’t say office closed after 12am. Called and was told she would wait until we arrived but then wasn’t there. She charged my card right after I got off phone with her. Disputing charge

Tv was broken staff refused to change it out or change out room and locked himself in the office and hid the whole night.

The pillows were flat. I didn't sleep due to someone hammering all night. Also, the traffic was very loud.

Very clean,seems secure,7 mins from airport.Friendly staff.No coffee in room but some in lobby.

Roaches in all rooms and bed bugs horrible

We informed the hotel that we will arrive late after mid night by three am after an over night flight and the hotel informed that it will not be a problem. Finally, when we arrived by three am, there was no one at the hotel reception, they did not answer the call, the hotels.com help desk also could not reach them and we finally got our room at seven thirty am.

Traveling through Indianapolis this was an easy off I-70/I-465 Since I've never stayed at a residence hotel/motel I was surprised by the larger room, all the storage space and a full sized refrigerator. The room was sparsely decorated, which was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet considering it was at the junction of 2 highways and not far from an airport.

Staff was ok, room was almost a complete mess when I checked in. I didn’t have ANY clean towels. Fortunately, housekeeping was still on my floor, so I could get some clean towels.
