WoodSpring Suites Indianapolis Airport South

The Woodspring Suites was not ready for guests. They were short-staffed, changing out long-term tenants, a crowded lobby and did not have clean rooms. The desk clerk was honest and precise and said they would not have rooms for reserved guests and we should find other accommodations. I hope you can refund or cover the cost of my replacement reservation.

This hotel have roaches and the bed is so hard like a rock. The towels are super tiny and no enough pillows for two people. Never again stay on this hotel. Also at 4:30am fire alarm sound and look is normal there cuz nobody get out of their room. And the aisle smell so bad to food.

We booked the room so we could sleep before a 5 am flight. There were no curtains in the room just blinds. So you could see all the lights outside. The “queen size” bed was barely a full size. They put us next to the stairs and people ran up and down the stairs all night slamming that heavy door. My husband went down for extra pillows and the man gave him two pillows without cases. We got no sleep at all. We won’t ever stay there again

Everything was clean

Room was had trash on Is counter top. Is dirty worst cloth in Bathroom. Not the quietest room. Room was next to stairs door people going out constantly it seemed. I four sixty five very close and very noisy. You get what you pay for. Very reasonable price.

Once we got to the hotel, they stated that they had no rooms available. No apology or help finding a solution. Shameful...

I arrived before midnight, but they released my reservation and gave it to someone else. I had just driven over 12 hours to get there, but they didn't care. I will NEVER book a reservation at WoodSpring Suites ANYWHERE!

Good hotel.

Property out of basic necessities, like Toilet paper, sampoo, etc. Staff not able to help as management has not provided them the supplies. Someone pulled fire alarm in middle of night as they could not eneter the building. Property not staffed after 11 pm.

I wasn’t able to stay at this hotel because only people over 22 could stay. On the Expedia website it says 18+ can book the stay. The age limits needs to be double checked on the Expedia website for accurate information. The front desk person at WoodSprings Suite was understanding of this mix up. They were able to cancel the booking, and emailed one of your Expedia staff, but I have not received an email from your company fixing the issue.
