Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville

Door stuck, stool too short, no coffee in room, breakfast was cold, no orange juice, coffee cold, outlet looked like it burned out without cover.

The staff were efficient and courteous but our room wasn’t AC and the temps were unbearable. Changed rooms and not much better. We had to wait in Lobby for cool down. The kitchen in the breakfast area was horrible. Would never pass health inspection. Food for breakfast was a paltry amount of pastries, limited cereal. The management needs to be retrained in American standards for hotel management. Will be contacting Wyndham with my concerns. No coffee in rooms and WiFi would not work outside lobby.

Newly renovated. Attentive friendly staff.

The wi-fi was very poor to the point it was useless. The signal kept dropping. AC unit was loud. Toilet rocked so it clanked against the tile floor when anyone used it in the night. Nice lighted mirror.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was very clean. However, the beds were very hard. We stayed for three nights and on the third night we left in the middle of the night to come home. The breakfast were cold you had to use the microwave the staff was very nice. Therefore we have given them a just OK.

The room was very cleaned, the beds are very comfortable, all furniture is in good condition I like it very muc. The staff is very friendly. They offered breakfast that was good too. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the leaking in the shower but because it was at night when I checked in they couldn't fix it.

Dirty room. Multiple ants in room, didn’t appear to be cleaned at all prior to our stay. No response from manager after multiple tries.
