Most cost effective solution with "good or better" user rating between Kansas City et Chicago: the hotel has been recently renovated with comfortable beds, showers and appliances. Breakfast is included but basic.

Our room was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice and polite. The hotel is being renovated and will be beautiful when done. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. We will be back.

The renovations are nice, and it was an excellent value for the price. Efficient; quiet; great lighting in the room.

There was mold in the freezer part of the refrigerator, cigarette burn marks on the bathtub, the air didn't work all night, a dead big in the sink and on my bed, had to sleep with my window open, only about 10 channels available to watch on TV, the 1st floor was a disaster and I couldn't get to the "laundry room" breakfast was very disappointing and not at all good.

Reduced prices during construction

I was in a non- smoking room, but smelled cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent. Apparently your room wont be cleaned unless you ask in advance- regardless of the Do Not Disturb sign you place on the door Make sure you bring your own toilet paper! No one asked if i needed that! Want a hot shower?? You're going to have to wait a while TV doesnt work properly Be careful exiting the jacuzzi tub- no safety railing or bars.

A quite place to stay, but ready for security deposit which you won’t get. I was overcharged $221.11 as security deposit yet to get my refund.

Propery was affordable and convienient.

The pillows were great. Extremely clean. Friendly Staff. Only downfall, breakfast wasn't great. Beds were super comfortable. The view out the window is great. Great location, choice of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view of the F/S plant. Very quiet area.
