The hotel was being renovated. The room we had was not the best. We asked for more towels and my husband had to go down and found the front desk attendant chatting with his co workers. Not coming back!

Nothing wrong with this property but I will not be staying there again.

This is the most disgustingly dirty and unkempt room, I have ever stayed in. Wyndham, should not allow this motel to carry its name and drag down the brand. The place needs to be completely gutted remodeled, before booking guest. Please, don’t waste your money! Sleep in your car if need be.

I booked a room here for the weekend because I had to be in Springfield where my father is hospitalized. Outside and the lobby are in good condition. The bathroom was huge that was the only positive. I picked up the clock to set the time and out crawled cockroaches! I called the front desk to inform management who then came to my room, glanced around said he didn't see anything and asked what I wanted him to do about it? I said a pest free room or a refund. Both were denied. I packed up and left and am currently battling the hotel,the booking site and Wyndham to get my money back or credit for alternate lodging.

The entire facility seemed to be under renovation- smelled like paint heavily. There were inadequate towels in the room. The breakfast food was stale, the juice was going sour. The exterior looked great and the neighborhood was great. The staff were quite distant.

The entire facility feels cheap. Light and sound from the hallway even with the door closed, latched, etc. Half the tv channels had static in both the audio and video that made them unwatchable.

The hotel door didn't lock, we had to sleep one night without having door locked until they came to fix the next day. Water pressure was horrible when showering.

It was not good nor bad just somewhere to sleep in quick
