Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville

- I'm liked the easy access, easy check-in and check-out. - I didn’t like that breakfast ends at nine. - We were in a handicap room and the bathtub was the highest tub I’ve ever stepped into. Not handicap accessible at all. I almost fell getting in. - The motel needs a lot of updating and to be painted. - We had a very comfortable bed to sleep in and a clean room.

Staff super friendly. Quality of hotel and rooms not so good at all. Needs allot of work. Show more effort.

Room was very nice and breakfast was incredible.

Looks like the ownership is currently renovating the hotel, in which it is need of. My room (king size bed) is small but clean. The breakfast is weak, at best.

When we checked in the room had been set at 86 degrees and was miserable. You couldn’t use one set of stairs because they had it blocked with stuff they were storing. Emergency exits were also blocked with stuff they were storing. The TV didn’t work. The rooms had an odor.

No cable only one channel. Bad internet.

Stayed w/granddaughter who had softball tournament. Family-run; I’m sure good people just trying to make a living. Condition not the best, but clean, service good, bed comfortable, breakfast decent. If Baymont owns, fix up the place! If family-owned, it can’t be easy trying to cosmetically upgrade a business like that if you’re deep in debt. Good luck.

The price wascright and the staff above and beyond. But the bathtub leaked and was so loud! We used a towel (not blocking the drain!) Exactly where itcwas drip, drip, dripping andcwe closed the bathroom door. That was the magical combination to get sleep. Dunkin Donuts, breakfast were above average. The staff really made the stay pleasant. And again the price is why I reserved there. the price was , tge

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! I cannot believe Wyndham associates their name with it.- they should be ashamed. You walk in and it smells like marijuana. Our room smelled like urine. It’s outdated, the walls are torn up. Housekeeping is non existent. One ply toilet paper. The wallpaper in the bathroom is being held up with push pins!! There is no breakfast like they advertise. The shower was broken. Anytime I went by the front desk, there was a note that they ‘stepped out’. I have nothing good to say about this place. Wow.

Shower was not very clean. Ants in the room. No pool.
