Bedbugs in my room, I checked every hotel and found them here . They just tried giving me another room . They have no system, tried to charge me for a room that was paid for on expedia

Outside doors had no locks and most rooms weren’t even in service. Wrote credit cards down on paper because the “system was down”. I have a feeling there was no system, avoid this place there’s a reason it was cheeper! You will feel unsafe!

"Nobody to check us in!!! Beware!!!"

Reserved on Hotels.com came to hotels about midnight and were waiting for front desk person for an hour and a half. Nobody come, at that time we were trying to get help from hotels.com support team and they were unable to help either. So, we paid for a night and were unable to check in. Hotels.com didn't issue a refund yet

"Not as bad as the Google reviews but needs work."

I travel over 150 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, so I review each one. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. Check in went smoothly; however, my request for a handicapped was ignored. My room, a first floor king, was clean, with a comfortable bed/ pillows, but the fixtures were older, and the desk was rickety, the desk chair had seen better days also. Room access is via an interior door. WiFi speed was fast, 93.25 megs down, 24.0 up via Ookla. All of the normal amenities were in place, such as the microwave, small refrigerator and single serve coffee maker. The hotel has a luggage cart. My digital AC/heater worked well. The television had only a nice selection of channels but a good picture. The lobby was clean. The soda/snack machines seemed sparse, and only take cash. There is a guest laundry at the end of the first floor hallway, $1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry, the laundry detergent machine was out of order. The fitness center appeared to be unavailable and no business center that I saw. I didn't see any crawly critters, but did see evidence of them in the past. They are remodeling, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and stay again at some point to see if it improves.

The building is in desperate need for an upgrade. The building elevator flooring is peeling up, the shower and tub faucet pour out water at the same time so the slower have very low flow, and mildew was growing in the tub. The staff was very friendly, kind and patient.

"Worst Baymont"

The building condition is awful, the elevator floor is coming up, luggage racks are broken carpet in rooms is frayed, bleach stains down the hallway carpet. The rooms are tiny, half the lights didn’t work the curtains were frayed. The first room they put us in had dirty sheets on both beds. The breakfast consisted of a dozen doughnuts, waffles and cereal at 7am. By far the worst Baymont I have ever stayed in!
