"Murder Suite"

King Suite with a jacuzzi tub and hideaway sofa bed. Clerk advised there were no sheets available for the sofa bed. Negotiated to get a flat sheet for the kids to lay on. Dog (we think) hair all over the bedspread. Never got hot water in the tub, shower or sink even after clerk checking it and saying it works after 5 minutes of constant running. Last straw was bloody and or feces stained mattress, drip marks down the side.

The room was old and the furniture looked 30yrs old. The carpet was dirty and had stains on it. It looked like it was bought by Indians from Asia. The staff were mainly Indians. . Some of the Direct TV channels has no sound.

It was extremely had to understand the person that checked us in. The next morning we had to wake up the same person to check out. The ice machine was not working. The room was pretty clean.

The property appears to making improvements. The room was clean and everything worked great. The carpet had stains in many spots but appeared very clean.You will not find a manger more helpful then Lauren, she made my experience wonderful. Thank You for your kindness you went up and beyond what you had too do.I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Nebraska traveler Jo

"Disgusting"

This property is disgusting! Broken items in bathroom. Dirty shower. Had to use all my force to turn shower valve on. No food for breakfast except a box of donuts. No employees around during times where I needed to voice my concerns.
