It is under remodeling But still good

A lot of the hotel is under renovation. Ice machines do not work on any floor but 1. No vending machines on 2 and 3. Vending in 1 was empty except for 3 bags of Cheetos. While out looking for ice and snacks our room key stopped working. Front desk couldn’t fix it and let us in with the master key. Said it had to be a glitch and maintenance would be up. Never saw anyone. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable in our room though.

We booked through hotels.com several days prior to our trip. Upon arrival, hotel claimed to have no rooms available and they had no record of our booking. They did eventually get us a room, but it wasn’t what was booked and was dirty. No towels in the room and lots of stains on the carpet. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel due to poor management in handling of the situation.

When we arrived they said they had no rooms, and that us booking prior didn’t matter. It was first come first serve. The family in front of us booked with hotels.com and had the same thing said to her. Rooms were dirty and overall hotel floors were filthy.

I booked this hotel based on reviews online there were a few places available on the dates that I needed. I have to say this hotel was really disappointing and not what I expect from Wyndham. It really needs some upgrading and attention. The check-in staff was nice and the room was clean, but no one ever cleaned it while I was here. I ended up checking out early. Try someplace else.

Got room withjetted tub the water didnt turn on got locked out of the room took forever for them to help out switched rooms didnt even offer a refund or a partial refund for the in convience of trouble i had with room

I rarely provide negative reviews, but this facility just wasn't up to par. My room smelled and was next to several rooms that were under repair (the bottom third of the drywall was cut off and you could see into the vacant rooms). Also, the breakfast food (pancakes and sausages) was cold/nearly frozen. If I hadn't been so tired and the hour wasn't so late, I would have looked for an alternative.

It was just ok

Check in system was down and TV in room wasn’t working. All surrounding rooms were being demolished. Bed was comfortable, but sheets were torn and came off the bed through the night. However, it was fine for one night.

Clerk argued with me about my reservation and I was charged twice for the room.
