Santo Refugio Heritage Hotel

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo y el personal es muy amable.

Magnífico servicio, atención personalizada. El restaurante aunque un poco caro vale muchísimo la pena. Definitivamente volvería.

It was a nice stay over all. The pool was very important to us and it was very good. It's not a heated pool, so in the winter months I wouldn't be able to swim in it. Property is nice and well taken care of. We came to lawn mover working for 2 hours by our door. Check in was fast and easy and we were the only guests in the hotel, which brings me to few problems: We wanted to use a pool. Went to the pool and realized that there were no towels. We went back and asked for towels. 20 minutes later my husband went back and asked again and they finally give him towels. In the morning we asked for coffee and tea and they said they going to make it now ( there is no complimentary coffee in the room) 15 min later we decided to go to the pool( remembering yesterday'stowel service) we figured they just forgot. As soon as we got into the pool they brought coffee and hot cup of water and left it outside on the table. We were wet. It was cold outside, so we just continued to finish morning swim. We drank cold coffee and the tea didn't even steep in cold water. That is not a good service, especially if you are charging money for it and we are only guests on the property. The floor in the toom is very!!! dirty. Our feet were all black, you can see it on the mat by the bathroom. The sink didn't drain. Hot water ends before you able to wash all soap off. The cleaning of the room should be better. The synthetic bed sheets-not a good choice. Tiny TV very far from the bed is not a great choice.

Es una casa

" Un hotel que no parece hotel". Es la forma mas precisa de describir este alojamiento. Las instalaciones muy lindas, el personal siempre atento y en general la experiencia te brinda ese "plus" de sentirte en una casa de descanso o en una visita con amigos. Sin duda, una escapada de la cotidianidad que te permite recargar pilas y consentirte. Sin duda, un concepto maravilloso y bien aplicado. Mis mas sinceras felicitaciones a todos los que lo hacen posible.

El hotel es bastante lindo y con todas las comodidades publicadas en el anuncio, si llevas mascota el jardín está súper bien para tenerlos sueltos y seguros. En todo momento desde la llegada todo el personal fue muy atento y amable, siempre disponible y con un trato cordial.
