Santo Refugio Heritage Hotel

The property is a lovely oasis, but what makes the place stand out is the staff. We were treated extremely well—like invited guests. Ana is marvellous, as is the rest of the staff. I can’t rave about them enough.

Trato personal, habitaciones muy bien ambientadas, excelentes espacios y alimentos muy bien preparados por el Chef. Muy recomendable si lo que buscas es un espacio tranquilo.

Fantastic little boutique hotel with really good installations. From the moment you arrive at this little gem of a hotel, you can feel that this place is the epitome of Boutique. The house, garden, swimming pool and restaurant are all extremely pleasant, and the place's family style high level service is really top notch. Will recommend this place any day.

Me gusto el servicio personalizado y el que son pocas habitaciones. La comida es buena. No me gusto que el horario de cocina no está disponible a las horas previstas, y que el servicio de agua caliente en el baño es deficiente

Amazing place. Family run hotel with great attention to detail and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Huge gardens with gym and swimming pool. Foods delicious and it's extremely relaxing with a view of the volcano. Highly recommend 10/10.

It was a wonderful experience, a warm welcome by the staff and pets ( a dog and a cat), the room was very spacious, and the decor was lovely. It made me feel I was like I was in my own house.

We booked the accommodation same day of arrival and the manager was extremely helpful. On arrival we were so warmly greeted and made to feel so welcome with our three large dogs who are traveling with us. The hotel is spotless with a large garden where the pups were permitted to roam freely. Dinner was simply delicious with friendly service. We have truly been able to relax after many days on the road.

La propiedad tan bonita como en las fotos, el personal super amable, se esmeran en atenderte, limpio, tranquilo, fui con mi esposo y mis mascotas (2 perritas) y nos la pasamos increible, los chefs super esmerados y la comida riquisima, las perras felices, disfrutaron mucho de estar ahi
