All very amazing, suite room great great, 19th floor incredible view and king Bed super super comfortable . Bar relaxing and very sweet to take good time for drink beer 🍻 and cocktail 🍹 Morning great day good start, with real international breakfast.

Vista Kunshan sempre spettacolare ,camera perfettamente curata in ogni dettaglio. Pulitissima ed organizzara, letto king comodissimo spettacolare per un sano riposo. Come sempre colazione international fornitissima. Manager sempre al top della professionalita! Da sempre il mio riferimento in Kunshan.

The rooms were great food was brilliant lovely breakfast and evening meal. Staff were amazing especially David who went above and beyond for myself, my partner and my parents who have made their first trip to China.

"Not the Hotel I remember or enjoyed for the past 10 years when coming to China"

Since the branding and ownership change several years back, the Hotel has lost its lustre as a great Hoel for international visitors. It now presents much more in the theme of a reasonable Chinese Hotel.

The Executive Lounge has gone and the Happy Hour offering is not the same value as the Executive Lounge priviliges gave to guests, so the exclusive nature and private retreat offered to executive level guests devalues the proposition
