いまの昆山では設備と値段を天秤にかけて1番良いホテルの気がします。ベッドの質も他のホテルよりかなり良いです。さすが、もともとスイスホテルだっただけあるなと。次回もここにします。

Breakfast was nice. Big selection of food. Rooms are spaceous and cleen. Staff is friendly, speaking decent english. Food quality in 1st floor restaurant was very, very good. Unexperience waiters could not spoil quality of food.

Area of swimming pool, locker room was quite worn out. Locker rooms are smelly. Tried to go to sauna, but all surroundings sreamed for me - don't go. For local people itseemed no problem, but for it was no go. Left immediately and never came back at my 1 week stay peruot. Staff in 1st floor restaurant seemed working first week. Completely unexperienced.

Super friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is overdue for a refurbishment. Breakfast buffet is huge but not that good with the exception of very good noodles/wonton soup.
