Super 8 by Wyndham Evanston

We traveled with a pet. Yvonne at front desk and other staff very nice, personable and helpful. However. Oir room was very small. Told to keep pet in bathroom. Not possible. Cat box, foid and water. Absolutely no room. Barely enough room for us to use toilet. Under the counters looked like pooh on the walls. Scary. However, the bed was very clean. Made very nice. For the budget minded , the one night we stayed was fine. Don't need pictures on the wall and fluff.

The nicotine and smoke smell in the room was so heavy, it was hard to breathe. This is a smoking facility. Wish we had paid more attention before clicking a non refundable room. The facility is extremely old and run down in a dumpy neighborhood. The bathroom was dripping nicotine from ceiling and walls and the floors were dirty. I don’t think anyone had cleaned under the bed in years, if ever. The price of this motel was far too high. We will never stay there again.

The shower was broke, no water for the 1st 2 hours couldn't wait to get out of there

Filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke. The toilet was covered in urine. The floors covered in dirt, hair and sand. Sewer backup smell

Excellent staff. Very helpful. Very clean facility.

Outdoor carpet at stairs could be very dangerous and prevent a fall risk. Please consider fixing.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The continental breakfast was lacking. The lock on the door was broken. There were loose and broken tiles in the bathroom that could pinch your feet.

This picture of the room looked nothing like the actual room. The lobby had ants all over and the room was outdated, the bed was so soft my husband practically sunk to the floor when he sat on it. The ac unit was making a loud noise that I knew would keep us from sleeping.

Rooms smelled, window dirty, fridge barely stayed cold, parking was terrible

This room cost me $49 with Expedia member discounts and I can confidently say it was not worth the $49. The room had a ton of ants, most plugs did not work, the tv did not work, no one available at the front desk for long periods of time. Not impressed in the least and my standards are not high.

Our shower didn’t work and the bathroom definitely could have been cleaner
