Location in Auburn was where we needed to be. Staff tries to be accommodating, but there is not much they can do to improve facilities.

Hotel location next to road was noisy. People very loud in car parking and lobby. We couldn't sleep after a long journey Breakfast - poor. Old cereal, not fresh. Poor coffee - watery/weak. Hvac not working properly. Dusty and mildew smell. Rooms okay, but need lot of work

"Everything was going good until the manager called the police on us for no reason. She even followed us outside after we"

The location.

Everybody was nice but the manager. She has the nastiest attitude. She tried to kick my wife out after my wife spoke up for me due to her being rude. She even called the police on us for telling her she shouldn’t be talking to us like we are her kids. Toilets are very low, rust all over towel racks. No real breakfast but danish and bagels.
