Location was alright

Being woken up at 4am by someone dressed in all black knocking on our door. We called the front desk to report it and they said our TV volume was to high. Seriously we were able to hear you knocking on our door when we were fully asleep but yet tv was to loud. Volume was barely up and was the same volume when we fell asleep at 10. Queen size very hard bed with 3 deflated pillows. Absolutely the worst experience in a very long time.
