The hotel is perfectly sufficient. Will it knock your socks off? No. Will it be fine for a day or two? Yes. The rooms are clean, but they need to be updated. TVs are not set up for streaming options, only cable. If you have a fear of elevators, ask for a first floor room. The breakfast is a very nice spread, with a good variety of options. Hotel is very close to St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport, but you only hear planes if you’re outside the building.

The room was very nice and I was greeted by a nice gentleman working at the front desk. He was very friendly and shared some great information.

I found out the walls to the rooms were very thin we were trying to sleep in but could hear the family next to us very early in the morning.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff here that led to our pleasant experience! They are overly nice and accommodating. We travel a lot and can’t recall ever having better service. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. It’s only 5 minutes to the airport! We will always use this hotel when flying out of St Pete!

First and foremost, I do not usually leave reviews let alone bad ones. This hotel was filthy, carpets all stained, common areas were terrible and couch in room was all stained and dirty! I traveled with a colleague and his room was also worst than mine, smelled horrible and moldy. My room had what appeared to be dog urine against one wall that was left unaddressed! (see Pics). See picture of steam table they used for eggs this was before they brought them out at 5:45 am. The placed is a DUMP, we made a complaint with corporate (the on site people did not care at all ) and they took one night off our bill we tried to get another Hotel but there were no vacancies in the area. Stay away!

I generally do not write reviews, but this time I feel offended and would like to prevent the same experience from happening to other guests. I have been at this hotel (I know I should have used a different word) for four nights, and I was really considering whether sleeping in my car would have been better. The room was dirty, with many stains of unknown origin on the carpet (possibly including body fluids). The bathroom had long hair (I have very short hair) stuck on the tiles (picture below). The couch was in such a condition that even if you found it near a trash can, you would not consider picking it up for your garage or patio (see picture below). The A/C diffused a horrible mold smell in the room to the point that I kept it off. I requested a room change, but they were sold out (I understand). But what I do not understand is that I was promised to have the housekeeper in the room the following day, and I do not see anybody for the entire stay (I do not have a do not disturb " note on the door because the room does not have one. The breakfast area commented by itself, looking at the picture below. You can have all this for $214 per night in May 2026. My recommendation? Stay away from it. Not even close to the Marriott standards.
