"Big and spacious but lacking amenities."

Huge rooms. Lovely staff. Yum breakfast. Were able to checkin early as they had rooms available which was super nice.

Spa was cold and gym was out of order.

"Tired old hotel"

If you are looking for a tired looking hotel with broken WiFi look no further then the Springhill suites. The hotel is badly in need of a renovation and the carpets need to be replaced or at least cleaned. It might have been a good hotel 20 years ago but today it is just tired. If you are planning on doing any work just so that you know the wifi in the rooms was not working so you had to go to the lobby.
