"Terrible stay save your money and book somewhere else"

Holy crap where do I begin? This was the most terrible and disgusting hotel ever! Do NOT book here. I never wish a business ever gets run down or go out of business BUT I hope this business gets shut down because of how terrible the service, and the employees did not help us and avoided us at all cost when they saw us coming. There were bed bugs in our bed, holes in the bathroom door, cigarettes burnt buds in the sheets, and it was just horrendous. This was worse than a motel 6.

When I was checking in I noticed that there were lots of gangbangers and drug addicts around the property like in the property area come to find out many of them live there full time I did not know this I was up all night with music and voices in the parking worried about somebody possibly breaking into my car then to top it off the manager wanted me to put down a cash deposit I paid on my credit card I'm not used to paying cash deposits when I checked out I forgot that I put a check cash deposit there I remembered and I was back home in Fullerton and I had the day off today so I drove down to Escondido to pick up my $100 deposit and they now won't give it to me because they claimed I was smoking in the room I do not smoke I've never smoked my whole life they're completely liars and they were talking in their own language so I couldn't hear what they were saying and it was the rudest thing and they're just taking my hundred dollars and they're telling and tell me to go take a hike I'm screwed and they're claiming there's no proof and they're claiming I've smoked in their room this is ridiculous I hate this place

They stole my 100.00 deposit They have many dubious types of people fentynal addiicts living full time .I was not aware of this .nothing on booking.com states this DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS TRASH RIP OFF MOTEL
