It was clean.

The front clerk was helpful in certain times . But many times he would try to blame me for there mistakes. Ex . He tried to charge me for a broken door handle that I had nothing to do with.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was only luke warm and rather weak.

Arrived to find an unadvertised CASH ONLY $100 deposit was required. Normally I don't carry cash. But, this time I had just enough.

Price was good.

Good ac and walls are not too thin. Couldn't hear rowdy neighbors or if they were rowdy I wasn't aware of it bcuz I didn't notice any extra noise from neighboring rooms. 🙂‍↕️

We were excited at first driving in and seeing a dutch bros in the same parking lot. Boy were we wrong when we returned at night the parking lot was filled with homeless and addicts all eyes on us as we went to our room, never have I felt so unsafe in my life. We were running late for our event and checked into a room earlier that day. We entered our "non smoking room" that smelled of smoke I went to the front desk they had a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm he sent housekeeping to take it off and spray the room while we were gone, the a/c wasn't working we asked them to adress it while we were gone as well. We returned later on that night and it was still broken. It was hot so immediately called the front desk, the attendant at the front desk came to our room and started fidgeting with it but stil not working then a guy came and did the same it was late we just wanted to go to bed she said they didn't have another room but after about 20 minutes of them fidgeting with the air conditioner they moved us to another room and we showered and went to bed. The next morning I woke up with small bites on my arms and chest, I did a google search and it said bedbugs and where to find them well I found a large collection at the head of the bed next to the wall we immediately checked out and asked for a refund. We also had to wash and dry our clothes at a laudrymat near home and bag all our stuff before bringing it home. Pay the extra a s stay elsewhere keep your things and self safe

The location was next to the Safari Zoo where we were heading the next day. The price was low so we chose your location.

As soon as we pulled up there was a lot of loitering outside and it didn’t look safe. We got our room and as soon as we opened the door it smelled like cigarettes, it was awful. I have a son and a pregnant wife and the room was so congested with the smell. I reported it to the person working the lobby. We had to sleep with the window open for the smell to get out. People were constantly walking past our window and waking us up. There was burnt holes in the sheets and the whole experience was just bad.
