This place was great. So clean and quiet and the location was great. Would definitely recommend

Room and hotel are as advertised. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Well stocked kitchen. Friendly and courteous staff.

Bathroom doors can inadvertently be locked. We were locked out of the bathroom at 2 am and the staff told us that we would have to come downstairs to use the restroom because maintenance was not available at that hour. The other alternative the staff gave us was to try picking the lock. For the two-bedroom suite, there were only two trash cans, and both were too small.

By far the worst Marriott branded hotel at which I have ever stayed. The management does not care about the condition of the hotel nor its guests. We booked a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed for my son. The sofa bed was broken and sagging so badly that it was unusable. (this was after 9pm at night--we had a late arrival) Management sent someone to "fix" it but he was unable to do so. The hotel was completely booked because of an event in the area so we could not move rooms. My son ended up dragging the mattress onto the ground to sleep on it. The next morning, they offered to switch the sofa bed for me. When I called the manager Jessie Hudson, I only got someone else named Bernissa who claimed to be a manager. Bernissa refused to credit me the night stay that I requested. She then faulted me for checking in so late and for not requesting a new sofa bed (Like I would know to do this.) She then told me I was welcome to leave the hotel (we had another night booked) knowing full well that everything in the greater area was completely reserved. I understand this is an older hotel and conditions are not always perfect. But I have always had managers who understand hospitality and make things right. These ladies do not and will not. Do yourself a favor and stay in the many other lovely hotels in the area. Avoid this one. You probably won't have an issue but if you do, no one will care.

Good selection for breakfast but we were rushing for plane so it was grab and go. I love having a kitchen in the room and the refridgerator for cold drinks in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was wonderul.

The swimming pool was absolutely freezing and the towels were old

I liked the fact that it was in a decent, good area for my family. Movies, restaurants, etc.

Front doors slammed every time we came in, and out the hotel. Even if we tried to close them quietly.
