"Won’t be back."

I booked online and they said they wouldn’t honor my rate - citing they were privately owned and that’s how they choose to do business. I’ve never had this issue with any other Fairfield’s. Anyways, I gave them my AAA card and assumed my rate was what my email confirmation stated as they didn’t tell me any different. I woke up the next morning to my card being charged $175 more than the email confirmation. I attempted to talk to the front desk but they said the manager was out until the next morning. I called the next day and tried to explain my concerns and how their website was misleading and I should have been informed that my rate was increased. The Assistant GM was extremely passive-aggressive and downright rude. For this reason, I will not be back.

Awesome motel. I wish they had a motel like this in every town I stay in. It's new, clean, and extremely well kept. Good food and fresh fruit too. Also lemon water in the lobby. Recommended.

Nice place. Solid breakfast. The mattress was too firm. The pillow unsupportive and smelled like bleach. I was grateful to have my robe to cover the pillow.
