Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton

I had an amazing experience. The hotel staff makes me feel like I was at home. (Specifically Jamal, he has a bright smile every morning at breakfast)The food was delicious and the room was spacious, bed and pillow so so comfortable, also very clean. Highly recommended

The resort is very nice. Lovely ambiance and great staff! Cherilyn Harvey was very pleasant and professional when she came to clean our room , always asked if there is anything she can do , how are we doing ! Front Desk greeted us very warmly and welcoming . Two things I wish to see improve is 1. Shuttle service should be something offered to and from the airport . 2 . The option should be given for breakfast that if a guest has breakfast included ( Continental ) that if they want the American breakfast the difference be paid as opposed to having to pay the full price for American if you do not want the Continental . The rooms are drop dead gorgeous , secure and really homey ! lovely hotel overall!

Great resort that’s off the beaten path. Perfect if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxed vacation getaway. The standout - the people!!! The staff at this resort are AMAZING!! From Stephanie in the lobby to Jamal, V and Anseta in the restaurant & lounge. Their service was exceptional. About the resort itself a couple things to know. The general zen vibe is wonderful. The rooms are roomy, well-appointed and superbly maintained. The pool is relatively small but lovely. There is guest self-parking available if you have a rental. Although this is a beachfront property, it’s not ideal for swimming (there is a swimming warning sign behind a roped-off section). You cannot take beach/pool towels with you off the resort (because people apparently don’t return them, but what is their incidentals charge for then?). And although the website features multiple restaurants, there really is only one. And you will definitely need a rental to get around the island from the resort as taxis would be cost-prohibitive if you’re doing a lot of going out. All in all a great option for a stay on St. Kitts.

What started off as just an average stay mainly due to the mix up with our third party booking, turned into a great experience. Reception staff were extremely kind in sorting everything out. Our highlight being our server Jamal Paul ensuring we were taken care of every step of the way! From his freshly squeezed lemonade on a morning to giving us all the pointers on the great island spots! He is an absolute gem and made our 4-night stay a wonderful one. One thing to note, main restaurant is closed during off season (sept falls in off season), since occupancy is low. The hotel only has 2 restaurants, 1 of which is really a lounge. If you're looking for a quiet, zen, laid back experience, Koi is definitely for you.

In the first room , The ac in the room did not work , the fridge does not keep the items chilled. The hot water was not working. We were switched . Everything but the fridge worked. Even though the reception team was informed of my birthday . The flower petals were laid on the bed the next day . Because the room was never cleaned that day even though the dign was on the door. Went for an evening snack off property , because the menu on property does not change. No one wants to eat the same thing each day. Mix it up , and no local dishes. Left the sign on door to have room made up .even told the front desk agent Stephanie to have them clean the room as a back up . Still was not done. Mind you we were on property until 1pm . Returned @5pm . Nothing was done . Called reception asked for soap , the guy who was clearly not housekeeping came to the door 4 times to bring various items we asked for and no soap but 3 bottles of lotion. Jamal and Ansenata from the restaurant were great at their jobs . Overall poor service , will never return to Koi again in st Kitts.

The rooms are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We didn't like the out of the way location, which has no easy access to anywhere without at least a $20 dollar tax ride. The beach is basically unuseable; the staff clear it of sargasso weed each day but it's not somewhere you'd like to sit, and the weed is all in the sea, plus there are warning signs about swimming. As a consequence, unless you have a hire car, then you are trapped here just sitting by the pool.
