Excellent service, very clean, if you're looking for a quiet stay pleasant Roshan, Keresaw and Tyjohn. Honestly one of the best stays great for hiking music is a vibes, food is wonderful.

My sister and I stayed at Koi in early October for her birthday getaway, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious enough and the hotel had a serene, zen vibe. We visited during the beginning of the shoulder season so it was a bit slow, be we loved it! The entire staff could not be more helpful, with tips on how to get around and things to do. Everyone was kind and pleasant. Of note was Petula at check-in who was very patient, as well as the bar/restaurant staff, especially but not only Tidiane, Rachel and V. Houskeeping should also be mentioned for bringing clean towels and anything else requested right away. There were two maintenance issues with the room during our stay but they were addressed timely by the engineer. The food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. I had the quinoa salad three times within the 5 days I was at the hotel! The view of the ocean is beautiful. Even though we could not walk on the beach, one night we sat in the chairs and watched the super moon appear from behind the clouds. It was truly magical. If you want a tourist trap, Koi is not the place for you. Otherwise, you will definitely not regret staying there.

Sophia gives an amazing spa experience, great massage and customers service. The 60 minutes massage felt better than most 90 minute massage I’ve had elsewhere.

If you're looking for a resort that caters to your every whim, you must book Koi Resort. The location is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the island. I would recommend renting a basic car during your stay to allow you the option of exploring the rest of the beautiful island on your own schedule. Food at the resort was excellent, with the best dinner entrees being the steak, lamb chops and the Saturday night special of lobster. Breakfast is listed as "Continental" but they are most accommodating and will work with you on breakfast choices. Egg is included in that breakfast if you added it onto your booking. Our room was supposed to be the Oceanfront King. Upon check in, our room was not ready, so they bumped us up to the Oceanfront King Suite. Wow! The room was well maintained and had all the comforts that we needed. The housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed. I can't rave enough about the staff. Everyone was making sure that my wife and I were happy and enjoying our stay. If you're looking to recharge your body batteries, the Koi resort is the one that will allow you to completely chill out. The meaning of Koi in Japanese is "the one for love". The experience we had was more Zen than Koi. We thank the entire staff for making our stay one that we soon won't forget. My wife and I have reviewed many resorts over the past few years. Since "retiring", we've been able to visit some great and some not-so-great resorts. The koi and its staff let's just say amazing. The resort is beautiful with beautiful views, landscaping and amazing cuisines. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Make sure you try the restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by petula, one of the great concierge staff.all in all 10/10 am planning my next visit.

I liked how over their was set up and ohhh don't let me tell you about the staffs they had great customer service .

We had an excellent experience. They made our stay pleasant. They decorated my room for my birthday! What a wonderful surprise!!

Yes great location room with full sea view. Very spacious room and bathroom kept clean and tidy. Good All staff were very helpful and pleasant especially in the dining area. Anseta was very helpful. Very efficient and business like. Easy and efficient. Yes of course amazing views and scenery. Good atmosphere in the shared spaces. Very quiet but it is not quite high season. But as expected we like quiet. I don't think we are missing anything from the amenities provided so far. Very good. No I think we had the service we expected. Very clean. Very good and clean. Yes pool, gym and restaurant. All very good. Particularly that the kitchen was open all day allowing us flexibility to plan our day. No room details were great. For the first time on St Kitts it was as expected or better. Yes we felt very comfortable.

Quiet location which is our preference. Enjoyed being out of season & missing the cruise ships! Regular hotel minibus to beach. Happy staff - Anseta was a star serving breakfast with a large smile. Very willing to help us get the best experience of St Kitts. The gym is good and open 24 hours a day. Our room has glorious views over the ocean and we loved seeing a family of monkeys passing through the grounds

Staff is awesome but No ambience and needs regular maintenance which lacks around the property and in rooms. Suite we were in lacked even the basic things. No note pads or pen. No kuerig coffee set up which is much better and cheaper option for revenue. Housekeeping definitely needs training. Everyday floors were not cleaned or fresh towels were not put in. Lobby is not inviting.
