Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton

Excellent from first to last day! Staff, food, hotel amenities, rooms, cleanliness excellent! Perfectly situated. Management present, shuttle service on-point. The islands St. Kitts / Nevis, the people, the food, the events, night life, beaches amazing. Run, don't walk and go!

First off, I’d like to start with the positives. The room was excellent. We stayed in a partial sea view suite on the 5th floor. The balcony had a great view, but only 2 cheap chairs outside. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning everyday. They forgot towels one day, after taking our old towels, but that wasn’t the end of the world. The room was spacious and perfect for both my husband and I. The service may be the worst I have had at a Hilton property. It is not up to Hilton standards. Our room was ready 45 minutes after check in time. We booked an extra night a few weeks prior and switched rooms after that first night. That was fine, except when our second room was ready, housekeeping was still cleaning it. We had nowhere to go, having checked out of our previous rooms. They did not want to combine the 2 reservations either so we didn’t have to switch. On the 5th night of our stay, a special guest was having a party at the penthouse suite. There was security eyeballing us while we went into our room which made our uncomfortable. The party was loud and they were flooding into the hallway outside our room. The front desk refused to do anything. The location was fine. It is in the suburbs, but looked nothing like the pictures online. The poor was run down. Breakfast, which is usually included for Diamond members, only consisted oatmeal, fruit, and stale pastries. The gym was nice and motivated us to work out most mornings. But, there were no more amenities. Following this stay, we will need to reevaluate keeping our Diamond status. We pay for the highest membership annually and expected more of Hilton. We have never had this poor of an experience ever at a Hilton property and were shocked to experience this. Hilton definitely needs to address this with this property.

Very clean and good quality for money.

Far away from everything (taxis are very expensive). No possibility for late checkout despite they told us it was the case. Restaurant is expensive.

Such a beautiful location. Very happy that it’s right off the beach, so everyday you wake up to the sound of the ocean. All the staff were very hospitable. Everyone was so attentive and genuinely wanted you to enjoy the island as much as enjoying your stay. Kenesha and Keaneau deserve a special shoutout. Both were so sweet, and kept making sure that I was having a good time. Thank you all so much for everything.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Anseta was fantastic…always bubbly and smiling! Atmosphere and room were very relaxing and comfortable.

The architecture blends so well with the beach location. Provides a very relaxing atmosphere.

The landscaping is tired and much of it needs some love. A bit pricey but the service is outstanding making it a good value and wonderful experience.
