Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton

We enjoyed the large hotel experience in a small resort. The property was kept well and very close to all activities. Most of all the staff there was very helpful and a delight every day. We will be back!!

I hadto send this to management Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally share my concerns regarding my current stay at Koi Resort. While I appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of your staff at the front desk, maintenance, room service, and in the restaurant, I regret to say that several aspects of the resort experience have been disappointing and are dampening what should have been an enjoyable holiday. Key Issues Experienced - Breakfast & Dining Options: - The breakfast provided was a very basic continental selection, with no Caribbean choices or cultural variety. - There was no explanation in advance that the offering would be so limited, and the lack of options made it difficult to eat properly during our stay. - The food overall has been repetitive, with little effort to diversify menus or reflect local cuisine. - Cultural Experience: - During carnival season, one would expect music, themed foods, or cultural touches to enhance the atmosphere. Unfortunately, none of this was present, leaving the resort feeling disconnected from the vibrant local culture. - Facilities & Restrictions: - Guests are not permitted to take beach towels outside the hotel. While I was told this was due to previous misuse, it seems unfair to penalize current guests without offering a practical solution. - The resort lacks entertainment options, with no relevant sports channels available and only a very limited shop selection. This contributes to an overall impression of the resort being basic and uninspiring. Overall Impression As a travel agent visiting to assess whether I could recommend Koi Resort to clients, I must be honest: at present, I would struggle to do so. The views are beautiful, and your staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, but the lack of food variety, cultural integration, and guest-friendly facilities significantly detract from the experience. Request I urge management to: - Expand breakfast and dining options to include Caribbean and seasonal dishes. - Incorporate cultural elements, especially during carnival season, to reflect the spirit of the island. - Review guest restrictions (such as towel use) and implement fairer solutions. - Improve entertainment and shopping facilities to match the price point of the resort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the potential for Koi Resort to be a truly memorable destination is clear. However, without meaningful improvements, the current offering does not justify the cost or expectations of guests.

Besides the island being beautiful and picturesque. The people here are so friendly and accommodating. The staff always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I first want to mention Keanu, he greeted me with a drink or 3 upon arrival, he checked me in, he took my bags to my room and he even shuttled me around the island. This guy is truly an asset to this property. I also wanted to mention Cherlyn, she was always warm and friendly and made sure my room had everything that I needed. this trip would not have been amazing if it weren’t for people like them.

Wanted to ensure I credited Tai from the spa with wonderful service. I know she is there only temporarily but I hope you can keep her as she was wonderful!

Great service !! Love how nice the staff members are they are down to earth and ready to look after you . The room prices are affordable as well

Beautiful pool, big room.

Shower did not get very warm, shampoo was empty. Restaurant menu was very minimal and basic

Janelle and Keaneau were incredible with checking me in and provided excellent customer service. They were both professional, courteous and went beyond the call of duty.

The KOI ended up being an excellent choice for me during my stay in Saint Kitts. It was off the beaten path a bit from the center of town. So a car or taxi is definitely the way to travel; and remember to bring USD or local currency in cash. The rooms were clean and well kept by the cleaning staff. All of the local staff were generous and friendly. The servers were swift, attentive, and kind. Tidiane in particular was very understanding; and it was a delight to be served by him during my time at the KOI. He made my stay noticeably more welcoming.
