Booked this spot because of our expected long day at Machu Picchu. This rrally is a 2 star hotel, not 3. Please be aware that photos are marvelous on the website but do not reflect the experience.

I recently stayed at your property and while there were several positive aspects, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, the staff could benefit from additional training to enhance their hospitality skills. Some personnel appeared inexperienced and at times, their demeanor was less than welcoming. Secondly, the breakfast options were not up to the standard expected for a restaurant of this caliber. A broader selection and higher quality offerings would greatly enhance the guest experience. The location of the property is excellent, being adjacent to the historical ruins. However, the ongoing construction caused a significant amount of dust, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Additionally, we booked a river view room, but found that the view was only accessible from higher floors. This was disappointing as it did not meet our expectations based on the booking description. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and well-kept, though the facilities seemed a bit dated. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience. Great Location. Friendly staff that answers all your questions. The hotels is located next to the river. It’s close to Ollantaytambo ruins and market. It’s down the street from the train station.
