"I truly recommend this location. Great staff and very clean!"

I really liked the cleanliness and the staff kindness. As soon as i arrived i was briefed about the location and I was shown all the facilities. When i was to leave, i had a problem with the uber driver and the staff from the hotel quickly jumped into helping me and he even took the number of the driver. He totally did not have to do this, but this is what “exceeding expectations” is.

The room i was given was dark during the day.

Location Restaurant very pleasant with great views

Slightly bizarre No signage , big courtyard which appeared to belong to sister hotel Extremely noisy call to prayer at 4.30 am every day

"Great stay and georgeous Pyramids views"

We had very nice time in this hotel. It is located in a very quite complex and the Pyramids views from the roof terrace are amazing. We enjoyed very good quality breakfast in the rod terrace but also pretty nice and tasty dinner . The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Our room was clean and had nice large balcony. Thank you for such a nice stay.

We believe the bathroom - specially the shower would deserve some improvement as the water is dropping out all over the floor when having a shower.

Superbe séjour au Onyx Hotel :) Un personnel ultra attentionné, disponible, aux petits soins. Merci encore pour toutes ces attentions ! La chambre était spacieuse, lit super confortable. Propreté des chambres et des espaces communs. La piscine était top, chaude, relaxante.

"Luxurious, Clean, Safe, Friendly, best guides!"

Luxurious very safe, very quiet, kind staff! Their excursions are worth booking, the guide we had was fabulous and took great photos of us. Manu was so amazing, he walked us next door to Mena House and came back to walk us home. Everything was clean and I did not get sick from the food in the connected rooftop restaurant. I wish I could live here!!! ❤️🙏🏻 Thank you Manu for making Giza a beautiful memory for me!!
