La piscine quand les enfants sont fatigués de visiter.

Sur les photos, les chambre sont claires et baignées de lumière naturelle. Ce n'était pas le cas dans notre chambre qui donnait sur un endroit sombre. Sinon, chambre très confortable.

Hotel dans un quartier en pleine rénovation. Hotel est dans une ensemble en triangle avec 2 autres hôtels. Le +++. Resa possible sans frais du taxi de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Top car les taxis et Uber vous facturent 3 à 4 fois le prix. Chambres . Spacieuse avec une très bonne literie Petit déjeuner . Sur la terrasse roof top avec vue sur pyramides Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. A 10 mns voiture des pyramides, entrée sphinx 100 EGP (Uber) A 15 mns voiture du Grand musée (170 EGP Uber)

La piscine est partagée par les 3 hôtels mais pas en fonction. Pas de transat, ni de chaises. Mais nous sommes là pour visiter 😁

They showed generous hospitality to me and my partner. He left behind his favourite shorts and they had them waiting at reception. They also provided a room upgrade which was a lovely touch as it was more spacious 👌 there was also aircon which was a must for summer! There was nothing I didn’t like about the property! I emailed team separately with some suggestions to enhance the stay but it was a great experience!

Die Unterkunft ist neu renoviert. Sehr sauber Ein riesiges Lob geht an Manu und sein Team!!!! Helfen bei allen kleinen und großen Belangen! Bucht eure Touren über Manu! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Tag in Kairo mit einem bestens Bescheid wissendem Ägyptologen der dazu noch k in n fliesendem Deutsch keine Fragen offen ließ!!!! Besser geht nicht! Preis war auch völlig in Ordnung. Essen im Rooftop war Spitze 🤩 Ihr macht alles richtig wenn ihr das Onyx bucht 👍👍👍👍👍

Great location to the pyramids. Rooftop restaurant is a huge plus. Food great. View AMAZING. Manu was so helpful in every way.

The bathroom needed towel rails and some hooks. I was very disappointed with the guided tour that was organised by the hotel. Guide was Mohammed. Older gentlemen that lives across the street. It was very expensive comparatively. And we still had to pay entry on top of the tour price (which we were aware) Didn’t get anything that was supposed to be included in the tour price eg. Water, hat, scarf, a guided tour of the pyramids and sphinx. Guide basically was in a hurry. Pointed to things, quick 2 or three points and sat down and told us he’d sit and wait. Didn’t walk us around anything. Was pointless him even being there. We listened to stories from other guides. He was on his phone a lot and then took us to a perfume shop which I was very unhappy about. I said I wanted to go back to the Hotel. He took us to a papyrus shop. I didn’t get out of the car and told him to return us to the hotel. I did let them know and Manu was very sorry. But we should have been given our money back. That’s how bad it was. This was not an option given to us. What a scam. So, just book a guide through Trip Advisor or something similar. This was the only tour we didn’t do that. And it was clearly foolish.
