Water was out for 15 hours

La chambre spacieuse vue sur mer, la gentillesse du personnel (surtout le serveur Luka !), les navettes aller-retour vers la vieille ville sont très pratiques ! Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et les buffets le soir sont bons mais un peu chers.

La piscine extérieure n’est pas chauffée, début juin c’est limite ! L’accès à la plage nécessite pas mal d’escaliers et traverser 2 rues, la plage n’est pas privée à l’hôtel. La vue aux alentours est vraiment gâchée par des bâtiments à l’abandon tagués, c’est dommage…

We have had wonderful meals throughout our trip to Split. But the experience with Luka at the Fig Leaf for BBQ night was such a highlight. Luka brought personality and comedy to accompany a feast that was pleasing to the bbq lovers and vegetarians alike.

We had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu in Split. The hotel offers a relaxing coastal experience with excellent facilities and an outstanding team. The hotel enjoys a perfect location right on the Adriatic Sea with beautiful surroundings. The area is still developing with some ongoing construction nearby, which can occasionally be noticeable outside, but the rooms are very well soundproofed and remain quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, fresh, and well organized, with a wide variety of high-quality options, including lactose- and gluten-free products. The restaurant team provides excellent, highly efficient service with a strong customer focus. Special recognition goes to the head waiter for outstanding coordination and professionalism. The spa area is spacious and beautifully designed, with indoor pools and multiple saunas, offering a very relaxing atmosphere. The beachfront location provides direct access to a long promenade, ideal for relaxing walks along the sea. A very convenient feature is the complimentary shuttle service to Split city center, making sightseeing easy and stress-free. Overall, the hotel combines comfort, wellness, and location into a highly enjoyable and relaxing stay. The absolute highlight, however, was the staff - exceptionally professional, kind, and service-oriented. Special thanks to Ms. Rasa for her exceptional dedication, whose efforts truly made a difference in our stay, and to Mr. Josip at reception for his warm and attentive service. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more accurate room descriptions and photos during the booking process. Some rooms should not be categorized as sea-view rooms, as they do not offer a genuine sea view. For example, room 334 overlooks the pool, with partial city views and only a distant side view of the sea, while room 616 faces the ruins of an old building, the pool area, partial city views, and only a distant side sea view. The photos shown during booking do not fully reflect the actual views. We therefore appreciated that the room ultimately offered to us fully met our expectations of a sea-view room. Despite a few minor points for improvement, the overall stay was excellent and we are very happy to recommend this hotel.

It was always a guess when the towels at the outdoor pool would be available….sometimes 10am, sometimes 10:20am or even 10:45am one day. Guests were always looking for the towels…..
