Radisson Blu Resort & Spa

Location was good. Spa was great. False advertisement with pictures. Beach club was not included neither was the views.

Bed uncomfortable

We had a premium sea view room which was a nice size with adequate storage space. The problem was that not only did it overlook the sea, it also overlooked a construction site that started work at 7 am and ended at 7 pm. Next door to the hotel was an abandoned building fill of graffiti. The area around the hotel is in the process of undergoing a major renovation and I believe it will be lovely one day, yet that day had not yet arrived. The beach area is nice, although it is part of the Mistral Beach Club, which is open to all, not just the hotel guests, so you don't have that feeling of privacy or luxury. Non-hotel guests would plant themselves on the rocks nest to a beach chair to get the shade from the umbrella. There were steep steps down to the beach which would be a big problem for anyone with mobility issues. The pool was closed for 2 of the 4 days that we were there. When the pool was open they ran out of chairs quickly. The location is rather far from the old town (about a 45 minute walk) and the surrounding neighborhood is not great, aside from the promenade. The breakfast was plentiful, although the wait for coffee is very long since you need to use the machines. I think this hotel had a lot of potential, but it still had a long way to go. There is a lovely rooftop bar area and the spa and gym are good.

We arrived early and spent the day by the pool. So far all good. Finally got our suite and disaster struck. Noisy construction going on outside. Reception said they stop working around 18:00 but we'll see tonight. No room facing other direction available as of today. Let's see tomorrow. It should be a warning when booking and a price reduction on the room. You don't get returning customers this way.

Výhled z pokoje na staveniště; veřejná pláž; úklid pouze 1x denně.

Hyvä sänky, äänieristys ja ilmastointi. Pehmeät lakanat. Eli minusta kaikkein tärkeimmät asiat kunnossa (uni!). Yleisesti kiva hotelli, hyvä aamupala. Aivan rannan tuntumassa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Keskeneräiset rakennukset maisemassa olivat ikävä yllätys. Myös huoneen pinnoissa olis parannettavaa, koko lattiamatto oli aika kamalassa kunnossa. Sijainti kaunis, mutta vähän kävelymatkaa Rivalle (3km).

Recepção !!! Quarto de frente para uma obra , poderia ser trocado no dia seguinte , mas não foi ! Pedi 30 min de late check out , não foi concedido pela mesma recepcionista !!
