Glenn Hotel, Autograph Collection

Beautifully decorated, well-maintained boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Both the lobby bar and Skylounge provided wonderful drinks and views!

Best hotel, great located, but the staff, was the Best of the Best! Thank you for your courtesy and for made us feel at home!

We had dinner at the restaurant in the Glenn hotel. The food was delicious! Our server Kennedy was so nice and wonderful! She gave us some great recommendations. The fish sandwich and chicken piccata were delicious! Compliments to the chef! The Sky Lounge in the hotel has one of the best views in Atlanta downtown.

This Hotel is amazing. The room was exceptional, clean, and decor really warm and inviting. The restaurant and bar was outstanding. See Thomas at the bar for excellent service! He also helped us with recommendations for local attractions.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was beautiful and service outstanding. Thomas was so kind and helpful. He showed us the rooftop and gave us amazing recommendations for things to do in Atlanta. He also made us delicious mocktails to try! Definitely will be staying here next time I am in Atlanta.

Hotel and server were great!!

This hotel was really amazing. It was close to what we were there for and everyone made our visit low stress. Craig and Miguel were especially accommodating and just really friendly in general. They made arrival and departure a breeze!

First things first… great customer service experience from several staff members. Now that that’s out of the way, Sebastien, Suzanne, and Mitchell literally made my entire evening. Cannot express enough gratitude for making me feel valued as a titanium member. I stayed here, despite the traffic and major inconvenience to my Atlanta itinerary due to oversold midtown hotels and could not be more pleased with their effort and intentionality. I’m forever grateful. Marriott—promote, extend a paid vacation, and feed these people for free because as an avid, frequent, traveler, I can honestly tell you they are the reason you retain business like mine. Appreciate Connor honoring the upgrade expectations commensurate with my status. Room still leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty tiny and seemingly old but cute with character. They need more food options open later and/or a bellman/staff willing to offer flexibility for food delivery to prevent the added inconvenience of having to order outside later in the evening.

The atmosphere is great and our server and the manager were attentive. We enjoyed it all every time we visit.
