Our 1-night stay at The Glenn Hotel was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. For a brief visit, everything needed to be seamless, and this boutique gem delivered on every count.The hotel's location is perfect. It offers close proximity to City Winery, making it an incredibly convenient base if you are catching a show or enjoying a night out.The customer service was top-tier across the board. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure we had a great experience. The boutique atmosphere gives the hotel a sophisticated yet incredibly comfortable vibe.Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed that made for a perfect night's sleep. Despite the short stay, we made sure to head up to the SkyLounge rooftop bar. The panoramic city views are breathtaking, the cocktails are expertly crafted, and the ambiance is unmatched.A special shoutout goes to the valet team. At $60, the parking is worth every penny because they have someone actively watching the cars all night. That level of security provided total peace of mind and showed how much they care about guest safety.With its prime location and stellar amenities, The Glenn Hotel turned a quick overnight stay into a memorable luxury experience. We will absolutely be back!

We drove from Knoxville for a weekend getaway and Thomas was a great bartender. He loves all of his customers and treats them like family.

This is my fifth year staying at this hotel during the SkillsUSA national leadership conference. I keep coming back because it is an excellent example of a premium Hotel experience in a urban city setting. The staff is excellent, the restaurant provides great food and service and the location is excellent for walking to just about anything of interest downtown. Jade has been our waitress for this stay and she's my favorite. Genuine warmth and professional service. Thank you, Jade and The Glenn Hotel!

Close to World Congress Center, very helpful staff. Rooms are petite but have a fun style and everything you need.
