Always wonderful service at the Glen

I expected a much better experience from a Marriott Autograph property. However, I was deeply disappointed by both the service at reception upon arrival and the state of the room. The room was small, cramped and dirty. Stay someone else, preferably in midtown.

Beautiful hotel, close to arena.

Everything closed! No prior information to not only the rooftop being closed but restaurants & area all closed or closed at 10 before the show even let out.

Service , Service , Service ! We are frequent travelers loyal to the marriot brand . It has been a while we don’t encounter this level of service and attention to detail . They must be running a tight ship here . Every employee was personable and knew our names before we left . Super clean, great restaurant , beautiful rooftop lounge . We will be back . Shout if to Michael and Mitchell ( managers ) and Brian ( restaurant) for making our stay memorable . We will be back

Great boutique Hotel in the middle of all the larger convention hotels. Very friendly staff. Quick and easy valet parking getting in and out. Walking distance to sports complex, and the aquarium. They didn’t really need our car at all, but driving up to Midtown was easy as well. Erie around Centennial Park seemed to be cleaned up and safe even on weekend late hours. Was nice to be in a smaller hotel, where you can walk off of the street, take a quick elevator up, and be in your room in minutes

I would like to personally share my experience regarding my stay at the Glenn Hotel in downtown Atlanta, GA. I am a repeat customer, and I can honestly say this hotel never fails me. It is quaint and cozy. The staff is very professional, and the rooms are very clean. My birthday dinner was held there in January of 2026, and the food was absolutely delicious! One of my favorite spots is the rooftop bar that has the most beautiful view of downtown Atlanta. I will continually recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Best hotel , with excellent customer service and the rooms are very clean with great food , also a very quiet atmosphere. Wouldn't hesitate to book again whenever in town.
