When booking the half-board service, please note that beverages are not included with the meal. The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10. Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services. Please note that parking spaces are limited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Oude kamers en het hotel leeft niet. Het is saai om er in de avond te zijn

Das Frühstück war einfach super, sehr vielfältig und bot einen schönen Ausblick. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem, wir hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon. Das Hotel liegt in Zafferana und hat eine sehr schöne Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Ätna (Rifugio Sapienza ist nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Parkplatz und Spa (das wir leider verpasst haben) waren ebenfalls inklusive. Die Mädels am Empfang/Früstückbereich waren auch sehr nett.

Spa-Nutzung Uhrzeiten (10:00-20:15), ansonsten für das Geld ein Schnäppchen.
