When booking the half-board service, please note that beverages are not included with the meal. The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10. Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services. Please note that parking spaces are limited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. La chambre était belle terrasse et machine nesspresso.

Les tâches sur les essuies, pas possible de boire un dernier verre avant de rentrer dans la chambre le soir. Piscine fermée, Wellness tellement rempli qu il est impossible d en profiter. Bcp de bruit. Petit déjeuner pas représentatif des commentaires. Les œufs froids le lard mal cuit et froid pas tous les pains tous les jours

"Calme et sérénité au pied de l’Etna."

La vue, l’architecture, la piscine et le SPA, le jardin, le petit déjeuner excellent, l’accueil très professionnel et la très bonne cuisine du restaurant dans une très jolie salle extérieure avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin. Le calme et le parking gratuit.

J’ai tout apprécié mais je suggère une boîte de kleenex et deux oreillers par personne !!

Una struttura molto bella vicinissima al paese Zafferana, vista mozzafiato Camera con terrazzo molto bello, Colazione molto buona

Il parcheggio interno, ovviamente non per colpa della struttura ma per i soliti incivili
