"A very comfy stay with attentive staff to help 24/7"

Very big comfy bed , lovely ! Being able to sit outside was a bit of a bonus , I enjoyed having a coffee at the table outside. The size of the room was very good . Good to have the option of a bath or shower. Enough tea and coffee for my stay Good to have a hair dryer. Good to have a fridge ( which was originally a mini bar ) , I bought fresh milk and also water, it was nice to be able to keep it cold. Swimming facility / spa/ gymn was a nice extra although I didn’t use it , it was good to have the option. Other family members did use it.

The shower was cold the first morning, better the second morning. Not a good phone signal or even Wi-Fi in the room . Friends and family were trying to contact me but I couldn’t speak to them until I was in reception or the bar. One wardrobe door couldn’t be opened , it wouldn’t slide across the runner .

"Good location"

The staff, especially the manager was really helpful after my stay was blighted by there being no hot water

The lack of hot water was a major problem as inwas on a cycling tour, looking forward to a shower or bath on arrival The food was rather expensive for the offer

"Very good value for money in a lovely location with excellent staff"

Absolutely beautiful location. Went for a fabulous walk around the golf course. Staff were superb, there was a power cut and they managed it really professional. Couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. Food was very good for the price. Spa was lovely and the massage / facial was excellent.

Bedrooms was v very tired and I wrote my name in the dust on the side unit. Would not recommend the manicure - whole lot peeled off in under 24 hours.

Staff on the front desk was very friendly

The bathroom had mould and limescale all over rather shower. Lighting in the room was next to nothing, unable to do make up properly No plugs next to bed. Only 2 plug in room.
