The location is lovely.

No air con, the hottest building I have ever tried to sleep in. The night porter did kindly find me a fan from the kitchen which helped slightly. The bathroom was not clean, this was raised with reception.

Very comfortable bed. Wonderful to have an outside seating are. Providing a fridge was a masterclass,

The only issue we had was trying to book a taxi. We were attending a birthday party less than 3 miles away and it proved impossible to book a taxi. Your receptionist was exceptional and suggested that we book a taxi for the following morning so we could collect our car. She did this on our behalf as we could not obtain a phone signal.
