Spark by Hilton Brockville

Location. Staff.

Access key didn't work on door closest to room resulting in seniors having to walk excessively. Loading luggage was painful. No coffee in room. Heater too noisy for proper sleep. Every other day cleaning insufficient. TV picture poor and sound out of sync on all channels.

The breakfast room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The food was good and the wide selection of food choices was much appreciated. Having coffee and juice always available was also appreciated. The little sitting area at the front desk was comfortable and convenient. This hotel is an amazing bargain. Very enjoyable and much appreciated

It’s not far from downtown Brockville.

The fact that i pay almost the same amount for a downgrade room. ( 2 double beds ) Was supposed to have a king executive room but it was cancelled at the last minute coz they were full. So the money value to me wasn’t right.

Staff was very nice. Bed and pillows comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good with good selection. Very happy to see the actually had oat milk as alternative to dairy.

It was just very basic. Seemed dated especially for a newer place. Typical motel feel...i have stayed at other Spark locations in other towns and enjoyed them, but this was not what I would expect from a "Hilton" brand. Room felt like it was just thrown together. Old style microwave and bar fridge.

Clean, quiet and convenient

I was charged a $50 incidental fee which was supposed to be refunded upon checkout. It has been 3 days and I have not received a refund. I had no incidental expenses.
