The bed was very comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was low.

Very comfy beds, the staff at reception are very friendly, beautiful gardens.

I had a terrible experience with room service, I had an hour before attending an on-site wedding, I ordered lunch for my family, I enquired on the wait time due to the wedding, I was told my order was the only order and would be 15mins. It took over an hour, was $73 for a pizza 4 slices of garlic bread and 3 softdrinks, it arrived at my room when I was leaving for the wedding. The staff refused to take it back to the kitchen after I had said I had rung and the order was cancelled 10mins prior. When I read the docket she wanted me to sign for receipt, it was time stamped 30mins after my order was placed, when I enquired why? I was told the printer wasn't working and they forgot about my order (the only order in the restaurant) with no communication to me even though I stated I was on a time restraint. I'm a spirits drinker which is obviously not included at most weddings, so I had to leave the wedding venue and walk to the other side of the building, up and down stairs in heels to purchase a drink. There was staff standing around in the bar just gossiping (1 person using the bar facility) they offer no service to bring paid orders across to the venue. The white dressing gowns in the cupboard have multiple stains on them, ita like because they are hanging up house keep just leave them and not wash. The check in time is too long over 15mins, unorganised, i had 2 kids waiting in the car (9 & 11). They basically rebooked me in from scratch.

I loved everything. I like my room and the view was amazing, everyone was really friendly and welcoming, they have really great customer service and nice manners. 2 days not enough, The breakfast was amazing food and great service I already told my all family about your great hotel.

Maybe just more choices for dinner e.g steak and chicken grill. Otherwise everything is perfect

The lovely conservatory where we had breakfast. The view from our room over the vineyards was beautiful. Watching hot-air balloons take-off at day-break was a bonus

Wasp nest on balcony. I pointed it out to reception, but it wasn't removed while we were there.

This was our 5th time in Kirkton Park. We love coming back to the beautiful grounds, calming and timeless environment.

Checking in took too long, we wanted room service but no one picked up, we had to get the food ourselves.
