Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa

Such a lovely warm welcome from our welcome from Leah on check in. The lovely Patrick and Levi who waited on us in the restaurant. The Terrace bar who made my favourite cocktail was Caipirinha even though it wasn’t on the menu. The spa facilities are really excellent. We will definitely be back

Visited Dunboyne Castle Spa on Friday and left feeling completely rejuvenated. Catherine was fantastic – I genuinely felt like a new woman afterwards, with all my stress gone! The afternoon tea was delicious, and all of the F&B staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was seamless and very well run, and the food in The Ivy was amazing too. A wonderful experience from start to finish – will dwfinitely return!

Had a lovely Spa experience and stay here. Massage and facial with Andreea was very enjoyable. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and dinner in the Ivy restaurant was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

I am a regular visitor to the spa at Dunboyne Castle and never leave disappointed. The girls are absolutely amazing in particular Andreea. She makes you completely relax from start to finish would highly recommend a trip

I had the most fantastic facial with Orna today. She took the time to review my skin routine and needs and identified what my requirements are so well. She is so experienced and lovely and I look forward to going to her again very soon!

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Completely relaxing, with excellent amenities, restaurants and local coffee shop and park for the little one. Nothing was too much or an issue, I had a young 1.5 year old and staff and guests alike greeted her like she was one of the family. We stayed as part of a wedding party but would 100% stay again if visiting Ireland.

Myself and my partner stayed overnight at Dunboyne last weekend and I could not fault it one tiny bit! From the second we arrived all staff in the hotel were nothing but friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful! Big shout out to Niamh at front desk especially! We had the most delicious dinner in the ivy and followed into the terrace for some quiet drinks to finish off a lovely evening. Also had an amazing breakfast with such a delicious spread for choice, alongside a little trip down to the spa for the most calm relaxing peaceful time!! Will 100% be back and highly recommend for anyone to stay at Dunboyne for that perfect getaway!!

Have stayed here with colleagues for business trip each of past three years. Executive room, huge but very tired/shabby, scuffs & marks everywhere, carpets not clean. Wifi was not functioning & front desk moved me to higher floor in an attempt to improve this (they seemed to be very aware that this was a regular problem) but still no wifi/internet in new room. Overall impression is that this hotel needs a big renovation project to bring it back to acceptable standards; currently seems to be sustained mainly by busloads of unwitting tourists from the US. Would not stay here again.

Refurbished rooms are comfortable.

Tea or coffee with breakfast would have been nice, especially when its been ordered and breakfast service is not busy. As a regular at this hotel I would like to say this is the first time this has happened but it isn't.
