Good vacation in a good hotel.

Excellent services and brilliant staff in every department.. various facilities and great location.

We did not expect the hotel to be this big, it was so nice and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and always at hand. The food was amazing! Honestly we could not fault the hotel, everything was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Excellent stay at the Rihana as always. Have stayed many times previously so knew what to expect. Food hall and peanuts bar have had a revamp which has improved the hotel even more. Hotel looking immaculate, rooms cleaned daily. Staff are incredible, a few miserable chefs on dinner unhappy to serve you a spoon of vegetables. But bar staff and waiters are all friendly and work hard. Special thanks to Osman in food hall who was excellent, he attended us on breakfast lunch and dinner for a week. Everybody there do an excellent job its just he was always waiting on our part of the restaurant. Amd the Chef on breakfast egg duty (sorry didnt catch his name) always remembered me and had my eggs/omelette ready before i even asked for it. Only disappointment was the restaurant we ate in. We were given a free meal Voucher to eat at the A La Carte Restaurant, we asked in the restaurant what we could order from the menu with the voucher and was told anything. So we ordered from the menu, on check out we had a bill to our room for the meal and was forced to pay it. Despite having the voucher, and the waiter telling us we could order anything. Food was a little disappointing in the restaurant which also didn't make us feel any better. But it is what it is. The food in the main all inclusive restaurant was perfect every night!!

Not a plug socket in the room was fixed correctly and 80% just didn’t work the fridge plug was burned out and while I am trying to save washing with towels and room cleans every morning asked for room clean.

This property is really nice for family vacations. What I didn't appreciate is that the open buffet wasn't the best.

It was an amazing time and we were very pleased to have a good time the staff were great and helpful specialy m.r Nashaat at restaurant and m.r Nasser at tha reception and Ahmed at room service i want to thank all of the stuff for this amazing time we went there 3 times and we will always go there again and again

Overall 8/10 General comment: Clean, tidy, friendly & helpful staff Suggest to use more comfortable bed mattresses.
