The hotel is very nice, has heated pools and water park as well as lagoon with few water activities. 4 minutes walk to the downtown with several dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we were 3 families together, asked for late check out and the hotel staff accommodated our request. I will definitely return again

The place is so calm and quite. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All inclusive is highly recommended in case you missed any meal there’s a backup. Our rooms were lake view and the scenery was outstanding!

The hotel is in a good location, 2 min away from downtown..quiet and really good breakfast. The stay did not start in a good note from long waiting for check in with no acknowledgement to a problem on the room assigned which we had to report. We had to asked to be moved and we were upgraded and it was beautiful to see the sunset every morning..really fallen in love with the room location and view. Duty manager offer us a complimentary dinner as well which we declined as wanted to go out for dinner..we were happy just with moving rooms, thank you for the upgrade. Breakfast was delicious! If decide to go back to El Gouna definitely will book again

I enjoyed at staying in the hotel very mush me and my family all. Everything is very nice. I really need to go to the hotel again. This is a special thanks to the hotel management, the animation team, the house keeping, the reception, quality of the food, excellent service. Seriously, I am very happy with everything and my family as well

"Fabulous vacation "
