Sharm Holiday Resort

This is a very beautiful hotel to stay in while visiting Sharm El Sheik - Egypt. You get to visit and swim in 2 different locations of beaches along Red Sea, with daily transport provided free by the hotel throughout the day. I enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and professional. I had special dietary needs and spoke with Mohamed Lasheen and Nader Ahmed who got me what I needed to make my stay enjoyable. In the restaurant chef Mohamed Goda worked tirelessly to provide delicious meals ( taking into consideration my dietary needs) Galal Mohamed and waiter (Mohamed el Said). I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get a beautiful experience.

We chose the hotel because it was affordable and had a great location. The hotel left a very good impression on us and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. Our favorites were the animators who did an amazing job and made our whole stay interesting. Of course, also the bar and restaurant staff. There was food for every nationality and we were always full. Thank you to the whole team who made our stay wonderful and made us fall in love with Egypt.

Great entertainment team. Come with an open mind about the food and you’ll find it ok. Try the pizzas. If have a dietary requirement, the staff are not educated enough to fully give you enough alternative. Special shout out to Mohamed. (Pic)

We stayed here as a couple for a week march 12th 2025. What can I say we had an amazing time here. From start to finish the service was fantastic. I was sceptical after reading reviews but needn't of been. On check in reception staff noted it was my birthday so upgraded us to pool view room no 711 the room was lovely, spacious and very clean. A birthday cake was also sent up for me which was lovely. Pools were amazing and we preferred the quieter pool on days we spent by the pool. Would like to say a special thank you to bashir the pool guy at the quieter pool nothing was too much for him and he went out of his way to make sure we had good sun loungers and umbrellas and he was always happy and chatty. Mohammad the bar tender at the pool was also amazing would bring drinks over and was always helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal location for naama Bay and the beaches. We used the free shuttle to the beach which was good. All staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much for them. Food was ok typical all inclusive food but hot and always found something to eat. All in all we had an amazing time at sharm holiday resort and am hoping to return next year.

I observed fresh improvements to the resort, such as the rooms, restaurant, and beach, during my most recent visit to Sharm Holiday Resort. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff, especially the reception staff, is incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant has been improved with new decorations and a variety of cuisine options. The beach has been replaced with Naama Bay's "Kanabesh Beach," which is a family-friendly, completely sandy beach. Although the hotel offers two beaches, Sandy Beach is, in my opinion, the best option for families. The pool is crystal clear and clean. You will discover that the team can manage that without any problems at busy or urgent times. Food was awful, ate out every night. Very limited choice on the buffet, worst I've ever known. Room was awful, no kettle etc, even had a knife in the bed! TV didn't work, after 3 days they finally sent someone- to fix the telephone 🤦‍♀️ Dirty hotel, furniture and grounds Building work on going through the night Broken Glass and plates on the floor outside the rooms

I get the bad points out of the way it's the food it's bad needs massive attention urgently the lack of fresh fruit is wrong only orange and melon and rooms needs needs attention and Internet is only in reception and it's bad and now the good points the staff are amazing they can't help you enough it's so clean lots of sun beds i spoken to the guest relation manager and he is very nice person and said they will sort things out i would go back once they improve everything

I just had a Monday to Friday stay here, with my 3 older girls & teenage boy. First time to Egypt too, so I did a lot of reading & searching up. When I saw this hotel I liked the look of the photos, slides were a bonus, after reading the reviews saying it was in a great location too, I booked it. We absolutely loved it! The room we stayed in, was standard, but always cleaned & topped up with bottles of water each day, & the view on the very large shared balcony was amazing… Being Jan was worried about the pool being cold, but it was lovely & slides were really fun, you do have to keep you’re towel safe tho, as you need to give your towel cards back to reception at the end of your holiday! staff throughout the hotel were absolutely lovely & one guy Mohammed in the restaurant goes the extra mile…the entertainment team were great fun, putting on some great shows & getting us involved. Food, some lovely food put on, & if there was a day you didn’t really like something, you always found something tasty to eat. & one night they knocked one our door, & surprised my girl with a Birthday cake which was a lovely touch. WiFi only in the lobby. Not throughout the hotel, but hey your there to enjoy your holiday, Only downside for us, is we got bitten by mosquitoes a lot! They did have pharmacy on site, but if you go to neema much cheaper to get cream & anti itch. I would highly recommend taking protection before going! Absolute great location, straight out the front is little shops were we brought snacks, very friendly staff in there too, & cheaply priced. & we were just a 5 min walk to Neema bay, & a gorgeous beach! Which the hotel also offered free bus service. & easy to get taxis to explore the old market, farsha cafe & other great places literally 10 mins & cheap taxis! InDrive app worked really well for us. & fixed us prices. We did some amazing days out, & a couple of excursions & really enjoyed it. I personally loved the whole experience as did my family, & we are looking to book again in November with extended family. Thank you for a fantastic holiday! Great hotel, great location, great staff, great entertainment team.

최악 체크인시간은 30분이지났으나 반응이 없어 다시 리셉션에 얘기한뒤에나 이루어졌고 룸서비스는 3번 이용 햄버가하나오는데 1시간30분은걸렸고 한번은 까먹고 안가져오는대다가 테라스문은 열리지도않아서 사람을 두번이나 불러야 했다
