Sharm Holiday Resort

My family and I, 2 adults and 1 14 year old typical teenage son! have just returned from a 7 day stay All Inclusive  holiday @ The Sharm Holiday resort.  Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange.  Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty.  Reception staff were helpful and kind and could not do enough for us, We were escorted to our upgraded room 953 superior double bed plus sofa bed for our son.  The room smelled amazing fresh  and clean.  Our beds were spacious firm and comfortable.  Our view from our balcony was overlooking the quiet pool area, totally  amazing you get the sun 1st thing in the morning. Rooms are silent, I never heard any noise from any other guests. I can strongly recommend any rooms  on that side.  Housekeeping was incredible, our floor and room,  everyday we had clean bed linen, floors cleaned and disinfected.  The bathroom was functional, just remember to bin your tissue don't flush it.  Pool areas are all maintained by hard working staff,  and  are again kept extremely clean . Pool water slides are up and running twice daily. The entertainment team work hard to keep everyone entertained. However we preferred the free bus to Habada beach most days, just because we are beach people.  Habada beach has its own Sharm Holiday resort area, free bus drops you by fashia amazing historic artifacts whilst you walk down several flights of stairs, views are spectacular  food and drink is extra cost but not expensive! Water sports are also at a good price, and I had an amazing Massage from the female masseuse I definitely recommend!!  Food. Again IGNORE all negative reviews. Yes some things you look at under the silver lids and think, God what is that? But TASTE IT !! I had brown rice with sultana a green bean vegetable stew with a delicious spicy kick! They also have, Fresh fish in a cream sauce, hot dogs with onions. This hotel Always  provides fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, sauces, freshly cooked donuts, eggs anyway you want.  I have no complaints, I ate well and never became unwell once during my stay. Only 1  bit of advice I would give to this hotel, invest in some new baby high chairs. Not that we needed them, but I noticed they were a bit tired, and would look more pleasing to customers if replaced.  Drinks! Mohammed on the top bar ! Makes a great gin and fresh lemonade. No wine, but you can purchase it. Beer drinkers may prefer the Heineken beer again it is at a small extra cost. Stella is free but it's not like UK Stella, I liked it, but the other half prefers a stronger beer.  The main town is walking distance, and can be quite loud but fun! Go to the fixed price shops and not get hassled to buy. To round it off! I had the best time in Sharm , thanks to all the lovely staff at Sharm Holiday resort, I didn't want to go home.  I will 100% be returning to this hotel, as for the price paid it was worth every single penny! Been to Egypt a few times over the years, but this had to be the worst Holiday yet at this Hotel, The staff are great especially Mohammad in the restaurant However they do not cater for English people, every day for breakfast was mashed up kidney beans into a paste, Mashed potato, cut up hotdog sausages mixed with onions. Stick to toast with a toaster that did not work. We only meet 1 other English family in the 10 days their. The Hotel only caters for Polish & Russian people. The swimming pool was dirty with broken tiles on the bottom, The drinks were served in small plastic cups, warm beer, watered down alcohol drinks. Most days we was eating out in Namma bay. The place needs knocking down. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR HOLIDAY (Better off at Butlins). Egypt itself is a lovely country and the Egyptian people are lovely and friendly. All I can say is do your homework first on your hotel stay, Sharm Holiday Resort is 100% not a 4 star Hotel, 2 star is even pushing it.

Tv is pointless if no English channels, Food is like slops /rubbish. Couldn't eat much of it and had to buy out.. Room is looking a bit tired, Fridge is loud and keeps me awake,and a bit battered. Drink of beer in a very small plastic cup is a joke,Internet is rubbish keeps going off and can only use it in the Lobby.. really don't think it's a 4 star, just about a 3.maybe less. Shower leaks and you have to climb in a bath to have a shower..load of broken slabs round the pool..ive had better in Hurghada...

Very ugly room, not clean, everything is old and broken. Meal is very bad quality. It states that it is 4-star, but in fact 2 star hotel.

Hotel itself is lovely staff r so helpful especially Mohammed and Ahmed at the quiet pool couldn't do enough for u. Bad side the food and alcohol was awful we was all inclusive but had to go out at night for food as didn't cater very well for English. 5 mins away from Namma bay which was very useful to us. Would I go back No not to this hotel but def go back to Sharm. We had a fantastic holiday just a shame the food and alcohol where inedible

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Fantastic Stay – We Will Be Back!** We stayed at Sharm Holiday Resort for 17 days and had the most amazing experience. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome. Our room (921) was spacious, spotless, cleaned daily, and always replenished with fresh water and drinks. We even arrived late and were greeted with fruit, snacks, and refreshments waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. The hotel has a wonderful team. The managers were attentive throughout our stay, and staff around the quiet pool were outstanding – the bar service was excellent, and the pool area was always looked after to a very high standard. The restaurant staff were also fantastic, always smiling and helpful. The animation team kept everyone entertained with a great mix of activities and evening shows – darts, aerobics, quizzes, themed nights, karaoke, and fire shows. They worked so hard to make sure both adults and children had fun. Other highlights included Pizza Corner, which you can book without extra charge (the pizzas were delicious), and the water slides, which were running perfectly and provided endless fun for the whole family. Overall, this resort offers excellent facilities, amazing service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like home, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended for families and couples alike!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are amazing especially mustafa in the lobby bar always happy and extremely attentive you honestly couldn't ask for better staff..

Hotel is in a great location to Naama Bay and Geena City and only a cheap taxi ride to surrounding areas like old market etc The rooms and the hotel itself is very tired and needs updating in most areas The food is absolutely shocking and every alcoholic drink tastes the same and is served in a paper cup The pools are lovely However the 3 water slides are only open an hr in the morning and an hr in the afternoon Most of the staff are brilliant and cant do enough for you There are some that are rude and ignorant and a little bit creepy & pervy but I soon sniffed them out and avoided them Dont expect all inclusive to be all inclusive as other hotels Its only all inclusive from 10am til 11pm and you have TO PAY for ice cream If we ever stayed here again it would be purely based on the price and location Tips - take extra cash to eat out coz you probably will do, take your own glasses to drink from, book any trips through Annie via Egyptian Escapes in Naama Bay, see as much of Egypt as you can, if you drink alcohol theres plenty of duty free and drink stores nearby that are cheap, dont have any expectations and you wont be disappointed FYI - the food pics are not food in the hotel

where do i even start, this hotel minus all of my issues i had was great. the staff were so attentive and so so so nice, they tried their absolute best to meet all of your needs. (shoutout to mohammed at the lobby bar and mohammed in the cafeteria) the hotel excluding the room was lovely, like the view from our room was gorgeous and the hotel itself was stunning when not in the room. the room was not the best, just above the room door on the ceiling was like planks with lots of gaps that you could see a bunch of wires in. me and my sister being two girls in the room, my sisters first thought was are any of those cameras and should we be concerned. the peep hole cover for the door was broken so we covered it with some hijab tape😂and our toilet didn't even flush. you would literally go to the toilet and have to let it marinate an hour before it flushed. the food was below average, a lot of the meals didn't look very appetising whatsoever. when booking this i thought to myself that it's an all inclusive so there was bound to be something that we would enjoy but pretty much everything was bland and just didn't look nice at all, the desserts and bread were coloured and made it look radioactive, majority of the food looked like sludge. we resorted to eating fruit, just not eating at all or getting take out. the room service was also just not as great but definitely better than the stuff served. saving the best till last, there was a literal sewage leak on our first day of being there, we arrived very late at night and went straight to bed and woke up and went down for breakfast and then to the pool but literally couldn't go back to our rooms because the sewage had leaked all through the hallway. this hotel is nice but definitely needs some work on the rooms provided and the food provided

We have had an amazing experience at Sharm Holiday Resort great hotel with perfect location. We came as a family of 5 for 11 nights and had ground floor garden view rooms down by the quiet pool (920 & 918). The rooms were clean tidy and spacious, air con worked great! Lovely clean hotel with great pools the top pool had 3 slides which were on daily and entertainment carried out everyday darts, zumba etc Lyly who was part of the entertainment team was great and little Ahmed who worked the bar here was absolutely amazing! We chose to spend most of our time at the quiet pool which was more relaxed and had a swim up bar. Special mention to the staff at this pool Mamoud the life guard and Ahmed the bar man they made our stay memorable and were fantastic, they really made our stay enjoyable The food was good we managed to find something to eat everyday never went hungry. There wasn't much choice of English food at meal times but they are catering for many nationalities which is understandable. You can get more English food on room service which did incur a charge but it wasn't much at all. Restaurant staff were also amazing another special mention to Mr Gasel lovely man that really looked after us well Overall our stay here was amazing and made even more special by the staff nothing was too much trouble even when my son had an accident (not the hotels fault) Mohammed the reception supervisor couldn't do enough to help taking and picking us up from the hospital. Everyone really made us feel welcome and looked after us well. We will definitely be returning 😊 thank you all for an amazing holiday!
