Location was great

Firstly PAT tested appliances, hairdryer and lamp in lounge, with stickers saying last test was 2021!!! Kitchen - .Warped flooring, trip hazard .The electric sockets by window, didn't work .Back of sink falling apart .Timer on microwave doesn't work (message left on fridge doir) .Microwave was disgusting .Switches for hot water didn't work, for the 3 days we were there. So no hot water. .Oven handle broken off (Written in a review in 2023!) No ovenglove provided. .Toaster handle broken off Bathroom - .Only 1½ toilet rolls for 3 days .Toilet seat loose .Lino doest reach bath, so floor starting to rot .Tiles need a good scrub .Bath/shower water running away slowly .No Grab rail, to get into bath for the shower .Shower screen seal was green with mould and was torn Bedrooms - .Spare pillows but no spare pillowcases .Dirty spare quilt .Mat causing trip hazard. .Huge crack in wardrobe door, again in a review from 2023 .Bedside lamp not working .Windows are tilt & turn. No safety features, so open wide. With tv stand under the lounge one, its easy for a child to climb and fall out. I can not believe this property is looked after by an agency. It is appalling and reading back on reviews,  some of these things were reviewed in 2023 and nothing has ever been done about them!

Stairs for my mum

The apartment is located in very nice and quiet area close to the wonderful park. You can find some shops, restaurants and pubs near the flat. An apartment is fully equipped, host is responsive in a timely manner and all instructions regarding the check-in or check-out are clear.

No additional bedding set was available. It is always worth to consider separate duvet set for each person as it is not comfortable to sleep under the same duvet. I would also suggest to prepare a short instruction how to use shower in the apartment as the turn on procedure is not obvious for people who do not live in Scotland :)

The location is great, did not have issue with parking. It would have been nice to know that the flats did not reserved parking. The living room is a good size and had enough seating for a group of four.

It smelled like mold as soon as you walked in the door, something in the entryway had an issue. Since you went upstairs to the space, we kept the door closed. If you plan to cook, the kitchen needs help. The cookware they have is old and the coating on the pans are scratched. The oven door handle is broken off, so you have this tiny piece that’s left to open it. The sink is leaking and the counter around the sink is rotted. There was a pan under the sink catching the water and the only oven mitt in the place was in the pan soaking wet. There was also no cloth kitchen towels in the space, so when we tried to take our food out we had nothing. The kitchen floor looks to have water damage as well. When we reached out to the property management company about the issues in the kitchen, their suggestion was to go out and buy what we needed, and implied that what we were requesting was not normal. We have stayed in Glasgow many times before and this by far was the worst at amenities for the guests. This company cuts corners. We also asked if they had a second key for guests, so if part of a group wants to go out, the group staying home could actually lock the door. Nope, they don’t provide that. You have to provide a 250 pound deposit to stay at this place, and we had to call the company to get them to remove the deposit from our card. They said that the name on the card didn’t match the name on the reservation, but never bothered to reach out about it even though I sent a message asking when it would come off.
