The property offers spectacular view. The room is clean and comfortable. I have tried both the breakfast buffet and the dinner there and they were all delicious. The owner is super friendly and has given me many useful tips to explore the region. Staying at this place also comes with the complementary mobility card, with which you can travel the entire Sud Tyrol for maximum seven days.

Wonderful accomodation just outside of Ortisei. The view was absolutely amazing and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was really good and there were a lot of options available. I also ate dinner at the hotel quite a few times and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I'm in Ortisei.

Honestly I liked everything, which is why I've rated it a 10. If there was one thing I'd improve it would be to put a small refrigerator in the room. This would have allowed me to prep some sandwiches for lunch when I was out hiking. However, I never expected there to be a refrigerator, so this would just be a bonus!

I loved the view and the hospitality. The host was very generous and always willing to help where possible. The food was delicious.

Location!! Excellent view from room and balcony. Rest of everything was just adequate; comparable to budget motel standards of USA. Hosts (family run establishment) were short on conversation (seemed reticent by nature; posible due to English language proficiency) but warm hospitable otherwise (aside from the check in experience). Room (especially bathroom) was small but we spent hardly any time in there for it to bother us; so much to see in the area. Water pressure in shower was remarkably delightful! Breakfast (mostly cold cut meats and cheese and bread) had homely touch and adequate spread to load up for the day.

The check-in experience was ugly. We had to argue for almost an hour (google translate by our assistance) to get the (mountain view) room that booking.com had described it to be. They just kept on shaking head and saying "not possible"; even seemed like using tactics trying to get us to aquiesce into a wrong side facing room. It would have been a hell of a difference in experience had we been meek and conceded (to theory that mountain view was available from lobby or front porch). Not entirely sure whether it was booking.com misinformation on their website or booking.com communication to the hosts or they were just acting up, but aside from this one bad experience, rest was good. One request to hosts - please add some bathroom toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, moisturizers; these are reasonable to expect at any stay these days; just providing hand soap seems a bit lacking. Also the towels could use an upgrade both in count and quality.

The family that runs this hotel is really hospitable. My room was very clean and comfortable with a small balcony and incredible view. The strong shower pressure with steaming water is much appreciated after a long day in the snow. Breakfast is included and delicious. The hotel is also pet-friendly :)

Great location. Owners are super friendly, helpful people. View through the window is magnificent. Bus stop is just next door. Loved this place.

Quiet, comfortable Gasthaus, with home cooked traditional food (great Schnitzel). Beautiful location with amazing view of the Dolomite mountain Sassolungo. Bus service into Ortisei, near to the cablecar (frequent in the morning and evening) make it a convenient quiet location to stay for a ski trip.

Limited menu, though traditional food and well cooked. Staff have limited English, though are happy to try, and are welcoming. Last bus before 6pm, so not a location for those who want to try alternative venues, restaurants etc in the town.

Amazing location and very peaceful. not for a city lovers, but bus running often and convienent. If choose walking to town might be challengign😅Breath taking views. Family run place.
