I like the ease of the app i used to book. The hotel itself is in a good location

The upkeep to the place isnt maintained. Definitely needs renovated also needs an exterminator.

My biggest issue was there was a riach in the microwave alive. Where else could they have been. I have pictures

Toilet would barely flush, they refused room service and declined to provide clean towels. Found bugs in the room and in our food we had set on the counter. Multiple cigarette burns in bedding, blood stains on sheets.
