Quality Express Inn & Suites

When we checked in the front desk attended was nasty with us. Once we got to the room there was blood on the bed and floor. We found a used drug needle in the bed. We immediately went and stayed at the holiday inn express.

The room reeked of feces and smoke. There was blood on the bed and floor and a used drug needle. Vagrants walking around the property and the door did not Secure

The hotel was a glorified boarding house for low income residents of that area. We were the only overnight guests there. A lady was sneaking out on her weekly bill and was throwing her possessions out of her motel room window, into the parking lot while her friend was picking it up off the pavement and loading it into a truck. There was a very large Pit Bull in the lobby for the managers protection so morning coffee or questions were absolutely a no go. Please remove this listing from your hotel selection. The only good thing about this hotel was it was somewhat clean. It is not a good place to feel safe at.

Didn't have breakfast, Didn't like the location. Right next to a strip club and honestly not very easy to find.

The whole situation was sketchy. The guy who checked me in was really off-putting and made both myself and the other guests feel very uncomfortable. He kept asking questions about where we were from, and why we rented the jacuzzi suite with a king bed if it was just us girls. He was really weird about where he was going to put us. He had me drive to one end of the place just to turn around have me drive to the other side because he was putting us in a different suite. He gave us the master key for the rooms until he could give us our room keys because it "wasn't working". He was trying to force us to carry up our things a certain way. It was all very strange. He kept asking us if we were going to be "rowdy"?? I booked through booking.com, which did not give me to option to add more than TWO occupants. We had 4. This man forced us to pay him $40 in CASH for the two extra occupants. It was just a mess and I am honestly so baffled and disappointed. The room was BEYOND less than we expected. Most of the lights/fixtures didn't work. There was what looked to be mold all in the sink. The water coming from the sink was nasty. The shower pressure was horrible, even for mountain living. The microwave didn't work. The pool was out of order. The jacuzzi didn't work either. If I'd have known that, I would have rented a different and much CHEAPER room.

No way I would ever eat anything there yuck!

The place is so nasty I wouldn't even take my shoes off or lay in the bed. There were cigarette burns on everything

That staff was extremely nice the room was clean for what it was ! But it was very worn down chain on door broken , ice machine broken , pool broken bathroom fan broken ! I stress again no signs of bugs staff extremely friendly and nice

had to walk around the building to get to lobby. Ice machine not working .
