Days Inn by Wyndham Madison NE/Windsor

Booked a queen size bed. Arrived and was a full size bed. Staff had friends using IV drugs in the back parking lot. Pillows sucked. Towels were dingy and stained.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was appreciated. We didn't use the pool or fitness room, but they have both. However, Iwouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. My room smelled unpleasant. There was a substantial amount of dust behind some of the furniture. The shower/ tub faucet was hard to turn on and seemed like it was going to fall off. The bathroom light flickered. The AC unit and mini fridge would get very loud intermittently and wake us up. The back entry door has a sign that says it's locked at all times and needs a keycard for entry, but it's open all night. On our second night, we thought about leaving because it sounded like someone was testing the doorknob from the hallway and the person in the room next to us with a locked adjoining door kept trying to open it. We felt unsafe and barely slept.

This was overall a nice hotel, and fairly clean. However, the pool was closed the entire 4 days I was there. Also, the wifi was dial up speed, so if you expect to be streaming any movies - at 5 mbps - good luck.

I don’t recommend to stay

Certain things could use some maintenance. Was 105 in the pool area.

Staff was unpleasant and the room and beds were very very dirty, shower was noisy, broken things around the room, lights that were burned out and not replaced, etc.

Roach in bathroom crumbs in bed overall still a good deal
